Bakeshop is the shared creative effort of Pastry Chef Morgan Barkley and Bread Baker Emily Price, with support from co-owner/manager Emily Landry.
We draw on a combined 20 years of experience baking and cooking in restaurants and bakeries in Tulsa, Sedona, San Francisco, Portland, New Orleans and our own home kitchens.
Our food is about curiosity, craft, and flavor. We use traditional baking techniques; real, nourishing ingredients; and a penchant for asking ourselves "What if we tried...?" to bring you the bread, baked goods and simple meals that we crave.
You can find us six days a week at the Mother Road Market at 1124 S. Lewis Ave. You’ll also find some of our baked goods at Heirloom Rustic Ales, and Press Cafe x Yoga.
