Bakeshop is the shared creative effort of Pastry Chef Morgan Barkley and Bread Baker Emily Price, with support from co-owner/manager Emily Landry.
We draw on a combined 20 years of experience baking and cooking in restaurants and bakeries in Tulsa, Sedona, San Francisco, Portland, New Orleans and our own home kitchens.
Our food is about curiosity, craft, and flavor. We use traditional baking techniques; real, nourishing ingredients; and a penchant for asking ourselves "What if we tried...?" to bring you the bread, baked goods and simple meals that we crave.
You can currently find us at the Kitchen 66 Cafe on Wednesdays, where we serve Breakfast all day, and Lunch 10:30am-2:30pm. Each week we have sourdough bread for sale, along with cookies, muffins, and our Savory Snacking Granola.
